At 1MD Nutrition®, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your health. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
